Two Calhoun Women
Complete Student Teaching
Calhoun County's Jill Marie Brewer-Hardman and Amy Jean Jacobs have
completed student teaching internships for Glenville State College and
will qualify for December graduation from GSC.
Hardman completed her student teaching in early education and special
education at Smithville Elementary, with cooperating teachers Casey
Kerns and Tammy Bell, and at Creed Collins Elementary, with teacher
Martha Hill. Tara Cosco was her GSC supervisor.
Hardman is the daughter of Rick and Crystal Brewer of Grantsville. She
and her husband Jeff live in Harrisville with children Ryleigh, Lauren
and Faith.
Jacobs completed her student teaching in elementary education at
Pleasant Hill School, with cooperating teacher Gina Freed, and in math
at Calhoun Middle School with cooperating teachers Jim Morgan and Linda
Shock.
She is the daughter of Jeanne Jacobs and Bill Bailey of Grantsville, and
the late Michael Jacobs.
