National elections are scheduled in just one hundred days. It is time to
start preparing our minds. I am still studying the candidates to
determine who will get my vote. I can not possibly sift through every
word and idea that is available, but I know I will have to make a
decision. Our ancestors have fought and struggled for lifetimes to keep
our freedoms alive. I will honor them by casting a vote. I know that my
vote will make a difference.
Decide what you believe and then support your beliefs. It takes
courage to have a belief. Courage is contagious. “When a brave person
takes a stand, the spines of others are stiffened.” --Billy Graham.
I will remember, “If you think you’re too small to make a difference,
you haven’t been in bed with a mosquito!” --Anita Roddick.
