Lynn Gilbert, DDS at Minnie Hamilton Health Care’s school-based clinic, has donated permanent dental equipment to the clinic at Calhoun Middle/High School.

The staff had been using portable equipment for the last two years.

The clinic offers free dental exams and cleanings, and if your child meets certain guidelines, it provides free dental sealants on permanent molar teeth.

Other services are fillings, X-rays, cleanings, sealants, extractions, crowns, and prosthetic devices.

Gilbert said that any child enrolled in the Calhoun County school system can take advantage of these dental services.

“We can do any service a regular dental office can,” said Gilbert.
